Note to recruiters

Please do not contact me. I am cold-called and cold-emailed by an inordinate amount of recruiters on a daily basis. We've tried working with a couple in the past, and it just doesn't work: the very nature of your incentives requires you to over-hype candidates and aggressively negotiate salary, neither of which is attractive to me. Additionally, you tend to waste huge amounts of my time.

So, please do not contact me. If you do, I'll tell you the same thing, and probably be either annoyed or angry. If you manage to find my personal cell phone and call me while I am out at dinner, I will probably be very angry.
